Monetis Lab manages requests submitted through this website and its application. For privacy enquiries, use Contact and specify “Data protection”. The data controller is Monetis Lab Inc. Contact address: The White House, 20 Genesis Close, George Town, KY1-1208, Cayman Islands. Email: infos@monetislab.online.
2. Information processed
We collect information needed to assess your request: identity, email, telephone, optional WhatsApp number, address, country, occupation, organization, request details, currency, quantity and submitted photographs. WhatsApp details supplement identification; operational correspondence takes place exclusively by email.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to assess requests, prepare proposals, manage cases, assign interventions, answer messages and protect the service. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on pre-contractual steps, performance of a service, applicable obligations or legitimate security interests. Separate marketing requires appropriate notice and consent where required.
4. Recipients and international interventions
Access is restricted to authorized staff and necessary service providers. Monetis Lab states that its international agent network covers more than 97 countries for physical interventions. Any disclosure must be necessary, limited and appropriately governed. Information is not sold to third parties.
5. Hosting and international transfers
Monetis Lab states that its own servers are operational at its Cayman Islands headquarters. According to information supplied by Monetis Lab Inc., production uses its Cayman Islands server infrastructure. The test version runs locally. LWS provides email services. International transfers must be appropriately assessed and protected.
6. Retention
Information is retained for case assessment and handling, then in accordance with applicable contractual, accounting, regulatory or legal-claims requirements. Cases not pursued are reviewed for deletion or anonymization. A validated retention schedule must be applied before production; indefinite retention is not intended.
7. Security
Public and staff access are separated, attachments are private and administrative actions are logged. Credentials and tracking keys must remain confidential. Production communications and backups must be protected. No system removes every risk; suspected incidents should be reported promptly.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing or withdraw consent where relevant. Proportionate identity checks may be required. You may complain to the competent authority, including the Cayman Islands Ombudsman where its jurisdiction applies.
9. Analytics and cookies
Analytics consists of aggregated page, language and device-category counts, without storing IP addresses in those statistics or using advertising cookies. Page views do not represent unique individuals. Staff accounts use a necessary session cookie. Language and Android-installation preferences may be stored in your browser.
10. Virtual assistant and attachments
The assistant provides general service information and helps route requests. It does not perform scientific assessment or make monetary decisions. Do not share passwords, confidential keys, identity documents or sensitive case details with it. Limit uploaded photographs to information needed for the requested examination.
