2. Hosting

Monetis Lab states that its own servers are operational at its Cayman Islands headquarters. According to information supplied by Monetis Lab Inc., production uses its Cayman Islands server infrastructure. The test version runs locally. LWS provides email services. International transfers must be appropriately assessed and protected.

3. Scope of services

Website content describes areas of intervention. Each service requires assessment, feasibility checks, necessary authorizations and an agreement specifying scope, responsibilities, deliverables and pricing. Submitting a request is not acceptance of an engagement, a quotation or a guarantee of outcome.

4. Monetary authorities and banknotes

Currency creation, issuance, official exchange, destruction and return to circulation are reserved to competent authorities and authorized actors. Monetis Lab does not guarantee exchange eligibility or reimbursement. Stained or suspicious notes are examined within a documented framework; no removal of anti-theft ink or circumvention of legal procedures is offered.

5. Provenance and submissions

Applicants must describe their situation accurately and have the right to submit the material. Do not send physical banknotes without written handling instructions. Receipt of photographs does not constitute receipt or custody of valuables.

6. Intervention network

Monetis Lab states that it has an agent network in more than 97 countries, subject to availability, competence and local authorization. This does not imply a branch or establishment in every country. Coordination, the assigned agent and intervention terms are specified for each engagement.

7. Intellectual property and illustrations

Branding, content, interfaces and creations are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Commercial use or reproduction requires permission from the rights holders. Illustrations alone do not establish equipment ownership, client references or certification.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim for reliability and accessibility, but maintenance, network and security interruptions may occur. General information does not replace an individual technical proposal. Liability and dispute arrangements are governed by applicable contracts without excluding mandatory user rights.

9. Online access

Our services are available through this website on computers, tablets and phones. Internet access is required. No APK is currently offered for download on this website.
